Celebrating the First Million

 

They say the first million is always the hardest, and I’m delighted to announce that as of today, Inlet has delivered 1,000,000 bills through Jack Henry’s iPay bank bill-pay platform. Our partners at Jack Henry have done a terrific job enabling customers from thousands of banks and credit unions to access and pay the bills that Inlet distributes.

When we started Inlet, we set out to accomplish two strategic goals that would benefit consumers, billers, and our bank partners. The first was improving the consumer experience by adding new features that bring the richness of biller-direct experiences into the bank site.  The second was driving more electronic payments by ‘growing the pie’ of available e-bills that have never been made available at the bank. Our one millionth document is proof that we are accomplishing these goals already in 2018.

Inlet enables Jack Henry iPay end-consumers to access more than 400 billers, view full bill detail, see historical spending data and find easy access to customer support – all wrapped in the convenience, safety and security of their primary bank or credit union’s website. In addition to Jack Henry iPay, Inlet delivers bills and statements to multiple banking, personal cloud storage and digital mailbox destinations serving U.S. consumers. Mailers integrate once, and Inlet handles distribution to the destinations consumers trust the most.
